About this role

In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of security experiences across our product lines. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Cybersecurity, product teams, and top collaborators to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of security and provide a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of security experience strategies for global products that focus on product cybersecurity differentiation

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate security features that enhance user experience.

  • Work with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential security risks based on competitive analysis

  • Engage with top collaborators to gather feedback and continuously improve security experiences.

  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies across OpenSource, OT, and many other areas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree

  • 10+ years of experience with IT/Cybersecurity

  • 15+years of management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity and product security.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • A track record of delivering secure and user-friendly products.

  • Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
