How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Flight Training & Standards and Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support individuals should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Manager of Delta Flight Training Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
Partner with Flight Operations support teams to completeproject tasks as assigned
Provide subject matter expert guidance to project tasks asassigned
Perform research projects as assigned
Attend industry meetings
Provide general non-fleet specific monthly newsletterarticles to all fleets
Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes
Specific duties as assigned by Flight Operations or DPSmanagement
This is a part time role.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
Solid organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
