Event Set Up Supervisor

The Event Set Up Supervisor is responsible for supervising, leading, instructing, and working alongside the Event Set Up House Attendants. This will include reading, implementing, and following the Event Orders direction to set up meeting rooms. This will include setting rooms with tables, chairs, stages, etc. The Event Set Up Supervisor will need to have effective interpersonal communication skills.TheEvent Set UpSupervisor should also have computer efficiency and the ability to read, analyze and effectively communicate diagrams.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 yearsbanquet set up or related food and beverageexperience.

  • Ability to work at a face pace.

  • Ability to stand, walk for duration of 8 hours work shift.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of customers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift heavy items – tables, chairs.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).

  • Excellent customer service skills.
