Event Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the success of our event marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of event marketing, from conception to execution and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution:

  • Assist in developing and implementing event marketing plans for various events (conferences, tradeshows, product launches, etc.)

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor contracts, and budgeting

  • Coordinate speaker invitations, travel, and presentations

  • Develop and manage event timelines and project plans

  • Oversee on-site event operations and ensure seamless execution

  • Event Marketing:

  • Create compelling marketing materials to promote events (e.g., website copy, social media content, email campaigns)

  • Manage event registration process and track attendee data

  • Develop and execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing campaigns

  • Analyze event performance metrics and generate reports

  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, PR, Design) to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing

  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing or a related field

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation a plus

  • Experience with event management software a plus
