Estimator / PM - Commercial Insulation Contractor
$75K to $95K
Our Opportunity
Client offers fiberglass, open and closed cell spray foam, cellulose, and sound resistant insulation options for multifamily and commercial. The Estimator / PM performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability for the region.
Key duties include:
Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support general contractors (GC’s) and residential customers.
Promote and increase awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.
Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
Travels to sites to review projects, meet with current and prospective customers.
Ideal candidate should have:
Have 3+ years in sales and new business development.
Experience in commercial insulation (Estimating, Sales or PM desired).
Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
