Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer in the Managed Services industry. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Systems Engineer, you will be primarily tasked with improving our client's experience with Entra-ID Intune, streamlining orchestration through Intune, and playing a crucial role in the transition from VMware VDI to Heavy Workstations.

Responsibilities

• Work with approximately 55 clients currently using Entra-ID Intune natively, addressing any challenges they may encounter.

• Streamline orchestration through Intune for a client with frequent remote builds to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in the conversion process from VMware VDI to Heavy Workstations, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

• Handle the separation of credentials from Active Directory (AD) as part of the transition strategy.

• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Intune to perform tasks effectively.

• Eventually take on a dedicated position to address ongoing challenges and streamline processes associated with Intune. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must for this role

• Strong knowledge of Citrix Technologies is required

• Experience with Database management and administration

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies and their application in managed services

• Understanding of EO/IR systems and their operation

• Proven experience in AB Testing and its application in system engineering

• Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies and their implementation

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware and its application in system engineering

• Experience in Configuration Management is required
