The Client Experience Analytics Associate is part of the Client Experience Transformation – Data & Engineering team, focused on transforming the experience for BlackRock's clients and colleagues. This role will partner with a diverse mix of internal technology teams, functional business partners, and client businesses to develop impactful metrics and analytics to drive strategic business decisions. You will also focus on building pipeline processes to ingest, clean, and transform our client data, and monitor ongoing data quality. You should have a desire to learn the business context to bridge the gap between business objectives and client data. This role is an opportunity to take the initiative in an environment where data pipelines, processes, and metrics are being built from the ground up to support this transformation!

You should be comfortable working across a variety of technology capabilities, including databases, business intelligence tools, and the underlying data infrastructure. Our team loves simplifying and solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop management reports, applications, and ad-hoc analyses to provide business insights for senior management

  • Identify process and technology capability gaps and opportunities that the CX organization or individual functional teams should address to increase data quality and produce operational metrics

  • Create and maintain a unified “one source of truth” view (“analytics layer”) that will provide consistent and easily accessible data

  • Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques

  • Work with business partners to understand their data and reporting needs and make recommendations on reporting and visualization solutions to accomplish their goals

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the analytics team, aligning with company’s goals and objectives.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and help them connect business context with technical solutions

Qualifications

We realize excellent data analysts can come from a variety of backgrounds so while we require a Bachelor’s Degree we are open to degrees outside of computer science and information systems if you are curious and have the technical skills we need!

  • Effectively manage multiple projects to meet tight timelines

  • Proficiency in Data Visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis

  • Data modeling, and strategies for cleaning and validating data at scale

  • Ability to work in a collaborative setting and effectively communicate technical concepts to broad audience

  • AI/LLM experience a plus

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$112,000.00 - USD$140,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
