Insight Global Customer Service Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

An Insight Global employer is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join a talented team passionate about the weather and people. As an Ambassador of our client's Brand, we are looking for a technically savvy customer success associate who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer success associate will include a broad range of tasks such as effectively troubleshooting customer issues and serve as a customer advocate to assist in problem resolution. You should also be able to provide insights on trends and issues, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Associate should engage with customers, maximize value, and assist in creating positive growth of our customer base.

The eligible pay rate range based on experience for this role is $15 - $21/HR.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of customer service experience providing support via email and/or chat

This team does not provide over the phone support

Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to adjust tone and approach depending on audience

High computer literacy with proven ability to navigate multiple systems day to day to track user cases and remediation

1 or more years of experience providing product support that involves troubleshooting user experience on mobile devices and the web

Hands on experience with MS Office

Detailed oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task and keep track of many moving parts Experience working with Salesforce and/or JIRA

Experience working Slack

Experience supporting customer subscription services and/or serving as a brand ambassador null
