Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite 3 days/week) Duration: 5 Months

Are you a marketing and communications whiz with a knack for organization and a drive to succeed? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team for a 5-month contract!

In this fast-paced role, you'll wear many hats, supporting our marketing and communications efforts. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns, manage our communication channels, and ensure all our messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print)

  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns

  • Manage and update marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

  • Support with media relations and press releases

  • Draft and edit various communication materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency

  • Maintain and update contact databases and manage communication channels

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications (or equivalent)

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with social media management tools a plus

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities

  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach
