Title: Attorney (Part-Time)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our team on a part-time basis. The Attorney will serve as legal counsel for one of our Adecco clients and act as the personal attorney for the CEO and CFO. The primary responsibility of this role will be handling all litigation matters for the company and providing legal advice and representation as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as legal counsel, advising on various legal matters.

  2. Act as the personal attorney for the CEO and CFO, providing legal guidance on personal and professional matters.

  3. Handle all litigation matters for the company, including but not limited to:

  4. Representing the company in court proceedings.

  5. Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.

  6. Conducting legal research to support case strategies.

  7. Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of the company.

  8. Provide legal advice and assistance on contract negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and other legal issues as they arise.

  9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters.

  10. Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  2. Admission to the state bar association.

  3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.

  4. Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation process.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  7. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  8. Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience representing clients in the healthcare/telehealth industry

  2. Previous experience serving as personal attorney for executives.

  3. Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods.

  4. Knowledge of [specify any relevant laws or regulations].

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $125 per hour

  • Hours per week: 10 hours

Pay Details: $125.00 per hour
