Job Description

One of Insight Global's top clients is hiring a Software Development Manager to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of their legacy ERP application system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in Visual Basic and ERP systems, along with proven experience in managing development teams. This person will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing functionality, optimization, and scalability of their applications.

Compensation:

This person will be making 155,000 to 165,000 annually.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in application development, specifically with proprietary applications

5+ years of experience supporting a key enterprise application

3+ years experience in a managerial role of a software development team

Proficient with database management

Proficient with application integration and an understanding of interface technologies

Proficient with agile development methodologies Microsoft .Net experience null
