How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Global Sales Analytics & Performance (GSAP) team has standardized analytics delivery across the Global Sales Organization. Scope includes creating high-value Sales and commercial dashboards and fostering adoption through training and best practices institution-wide. This position will build, test, deploy, and iterate sustainable analytical solutions using a wide variety of technologies and tools to an ever-growing audience within Global Sales.

Primary Functions

  • Identify opportunities to enhance or build tools for whichno prototype exists and lead supervised Tableau development projects frominitiation (requirements gathering) to close (dashboard delivery)

  • Work with Sales Development, Sales Performance, B2B2C,Distribution, and Field Sales teams to understand use cases and createiterative plans to help shape the tools of the future to create a competitiveadvantage for Global Sales

  • Transform manual tasks into repeatable processes that savetime for analysts by improving the quality of analytical offerings available onTableau Server

  • Participate in Global Sales analytics adoption andenablement efforts to promote next generation of analytical tools forcolleagues

  • Effectively communicate complex technical terms to anon-technical audience

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 2+ years of work experience in a technical and analyticalcapacity

  • Advanced Tableau development experience and strongunderstanding of product capabilities

  • Strong foundational SQL knowledge (able to build multi-stepETL processes from scratch)

  • Able to collaborate with others in a fast paced, complexenvironment

  • Strong organizational skills, uses efficient work processesto ensure quality and productivity of team

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with demonstratedexperience in documenting processes and change management initiatives

  • Some travel required.Less than 10%

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Tableau Certification (Desktop)

  • Experience with modern ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau PrepBuilder)

  • Experience with other coding languages (e.g. Python, SQL,SAS)

  • Experience with data warehousing (dimensional modeling)techniques

  • Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP)

  • Lean Six Sigma Experience (Green Belt, Black Belt, AppliedStatistics)
