Trinity Health Registered Nurse PRN Days Cardiac Cath Lab in Athens, Georgia

Description:

Registered nurse specialized in the monitoring of cardiac patients in

the Cath lab/EP Lab setting. Administers and recovers patients after receiving conscious sedation, ensuring concise accurate documentation. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients. Operates within the department as prescribed by professional standards. Assists in the organization and implementation of the Cardiac Cath Lab. Responsible for assuring procedural compliance with all nationally published and regulatory standards. Works under the supervision of the RN Team Lead.

  • BSN preferred, RN Licensure required

  • BLS and ACLS required.

  • Certification in area of specialty preferred.

  • Minimum of one-year clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, Special Procedures, ICU, ER or other Cardiology specialty area.
