Filling Technician

Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for a Filling Technician to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting edge treatments and make a difference!

Location: Athens, GA

Shift:

• Nights

• 5:45p- 6:15a

Pay: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform vaccine filling and support production activities as assigned.

• Operate department equipment properly, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.

• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Complete all associated documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform basic inventory transactions to ensure adequate supplies are available.

• Monitor and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in performance.

• Communicate process needs, challenges, and progress effectively to colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related manufacturing or production environment preferred.
