The IT Local Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Follows a variety of generally defined procedures under general guidance within functional disciplines such as network, server architecture, applications, technical service, among others.

• Handles a variety of inquiries for specific web based forms / solutions

• Documents results of evaluations/tests and makes recommendations for decisions or troubleshooting.

• Installs/implements new or modified components (hardware/software) as well as client application solutions

• Oversees information and telecommunication systems for assigned client community

• Provides on-line, in-person identification and resolution of hardware and software problems

• Supports planning for installation and conversion plans.

• Works with designated vendors on hardware / infrastructure / software support, according to the business needs (this may include after-hours execution of certain tasks / vendor escorting)

  Main requirements Include:

• Business level fluency in English both oral and written (Intermediate-High)

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced studies) from an accredited university in IT or related field

• At least 1 year of Customer Support experience

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards

• Knowledge of installation procedures for network cabling and telephony systems

• Critical Thinking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Desire to work with internal customers, and an understanding of excellence in customer service

• Proven experience in a related field

• Ability to analyze and problem solve

• Attention to detail and very organized

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
