The opportunity:

  • Supporting the operation of a fast-paced, continuous-run manufacturing facility with an emphasis on a "Safety First" culture.

  • Ensuring that all tooling for the machine is on hand, assisting other operators with setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean work area, free of spills and debris.

  • Following production and print specs as well as machine process SOPs, ensuring quality standards are met with each order.

  • Cross-training and qualification with various machines in the department, working efficiently and independently.

What you need to succeed:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

  • A strong desire to advance within the industry.

  • Corrugated box manufacturing a plus; familiarity with EVOL Flexos, Rotaries and Forklifts are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work swing shifts, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts; available to work overtime, including weekends.

  • Math and ruler/tape measurement skills preferred.
