This position is responsible for providing analytical and logistical support for end user technology across the sites directly supported by the Assumption, Illinois End User Support (EUS) team. This position is responsible for all aspects of incident managements including logging, analyzing, resolving, and follow up on hardware and software issues. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, smart-phones, and tablets) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. It will also include liaison with AGCO 3rd party providers for hardware and standard computer software. Additional support for End User Technology Projects across NA small sites is also required as appropriate.

Your Impact

  • Provides site support and assistance to the Global End User Technology team and troubleshoot A/V issues in conference rooms.

  • Resolve Windows applications and networking issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and AGCO-approved desktop applications.

  • Manage asset (hardware and software) using AGCO's processes, educate users on software/hardware operations, and document activities in AGCO’s Service Desk.

  • Utilize Microsoft Intune for implementing changes, manage desktop environments via GPOs, and oversee Active Directory/Azure management.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 6-8 Years of experience in the IT field or related Desktop area.

  • Familiar with standard concepts and IT practices.

  • Knowledge of IT Change Management Process as it relates to Desktop Support systems.

  • Lift and carry up to fifty pounds of equipment short distances.
