Position Summary

After having developed the necessary knowledge of Nessoft system and Nestlè Accounting Principles, the candidate will collaborate with the Team and the rest of Finance colleagues for the finalization of the monthly report to be sent Head Quarter in full compliance with deadlines and quality standards requested, as well as in collaboration with controllers to develop internal reports and analysis to support business decision.

A day in the life of...

  • Reporting, data and analysis preparation to be submitted to the Centre

  • Actively collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the “first time quality” of the reports and full compliance with deadlines

  • Collaborate with retail operational controller to have a correct detail and analysis of specific costs

  • Support internal stakeholders and controllers with report and dashboard development,

  • Assure business accurate information with the aim to support the best decision taking

  • Collaborate with other functions in order to collect needs and insights and develop specific reports.

What will make you successful

  • Previous experience as a Controller / Reporting Specialist of at least 1 year

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package

  • Knowledge of Power BI will be appreciated

  • Curiosity and attention to details

  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships

  • Good organizational skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
