Randstad has a great opportunity for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity for project development influencers. Responsibilities

Will be responsible to pursue opportunities in commercial or residential, muti-unit development segments.

• Identify prospects, targeting geographies, developers and architects for upcoming projects from each target, key drivers of target clients that match our value proposition, and competitive landscape.

• Collabrate with marketing team to customized presentations and materials for outreach and pitches.

• Capture research and manage daily operations through Plant's CRM software. Create and run reports as appropriate to measure and track success on key performance metrics.
