Description We are offering an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Arlington, Texas. This role involves handling both accounts payable and receivable and requires a strong understanding of Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in AIA billing and preferably experience within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Handle bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain financial records.

• Execute billing functions, including AIA billing, in a timely manner.

• Apply knowledge of construction accounting to manage relevant financial transactions.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize and present data effectively.

• Proactively monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments.

• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems is mandatory

• Must have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to perform various accounting functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of bank reconciliations is required

• Competency in billing functions

• Familiarity with AIA Billing is preferred

• Experience in construction accounting is a plus

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
