Key Responsibilities

As a Trauma Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in promoting and selling Stryker’s life-saving products for elective and acute Trauma surgery. From the operating room to clinical meetings, you’ll conduct dynamic product demonstrations, solve real-time product challenges, and foster long-lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Drive Growth : Expand your territory by engaging with customers and increasing revenue through a targeted sales approach.

  • Customer Care : Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with physicians, surgical staff, and hospital administrators.

  • Execute Business Plans : Achieve your sales and margin targets while managing contracts and pricing agreements.

  • In-theatre Support : Provide on-site support and education to ensure proper product usage and enhance customer experience.

  • Collaborate & Innovate : Work cross-functionally within Stryker to provide expert insights and drive compliance across all practices.

  • Stay Ahead : Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide cutting-edge solutions to your customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Physiotherapy or Nursing is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly desirable.

  • 0-2 years of experience in a commercial role , ideally within the medical devices sector.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English .

  • 80% Travel within the North East Netherlands territory.

  • 40% Operating room presence required.

Territory : North East Netherlands – covering areas like Zwolle, Deventer, Amersfoort, Groningen, Heerenveen, Enschede, Apeldoorn, Emmen.
