Site Quality Assurance Coordinator

Management Position

Start date: As soon as possible

Work schedule: full-time

Profile: Experience managing Quality Assurance systems in leadership positions, experience in cosmetic industry +5 years, knowledge of NOM-259

Your role as

You will be leader of the implementation & maintenance of the QA systems for the Site Operations at different CMs. By standardizing and simplifying site quality systems and work processes you will ensure that quality products are delivered. You will be responsible of building site quality capability and culture and supporting start-up for new initiatives.

Implementation and daily follow-up of Quality Systems with the Contract Manufacturers.

Review, approve and follow-up the action plans of Quality Systems with the Contract Manufacturers.

Ensures Contract Manufacturers reports and completes action plans related to quality non conformances, including RCA/investigations.

Leads the GAP analysis and resolution of consumer/customer complaints.

Ensure all regulatory requirements are met by the Contract Manufacturers for P&G products production.

Attend and support the Contract Manufacturers with external BOH audits.

Lead the preparation and execution of Corporate audits with the Contract Manufacturers.

Lead and execute the Internal Audit strategy to evaluate the Contract Manufacturers continuous improvement.

Lead and execute the Shelf quality audit and Traceability exercise.

Review and follow-up the action plans completion from internal and regulatory audits.

Support and ensure new initiatives comply with all Quality requirements needed, including on the floor support on activities.

Review and approve the validation protocols and reports for new initiatives and/or technical projects. Participation on the floor on Initiatives activities as needed.

Knowledgably of applicable P&G SOPs and industry standards for Beauty Care products.

Horizontal quality system expertise and ownership (i.e. Non-conformity, audits, Consumer Complaints, Shelf Quality, etc, microbiology).

Maintain Quality Scorecards updated according to Business directions .

Job Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Querétaro.

• Quality Assurance systems in Leadership Positions, experience in cosmetic industry +5 years

• Knowledge of NOM-259
