Job Title: Field Installation Technician Location: Nashville, Chattanooga, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Memphis. Some special projects in Atlanta and Charlotte. Terms: Permanent Pay: $25-27/hr

Must Have: Experience in field service installation in either parking technology, low voltage, cabling, alarm, access control, or relative industry? Nice to Have: Experience with parking technology e.g. gated system installation, payment installation, ticket dispensors, etc.

Responsibilities

This role involves onsite installation at client locations:

75% in Chattanooga, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis.

20% in Atlanta and Charlotte for special projects.

What you will Do:

• Install and support hardware and software in the field at customer sites in the greater Charlotte area

• Accurately maintains supply inventory and performs periodic inventory audits to confirm correct parts levels

• Efficiently respond and provide top tier service support to customers

• Additional duties as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Field Service Installation (3 years of experience is required)

• Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)

• Valid Driver License (1 year of experience is required)
