Senior Software Consultant for IoT Services Platform

$65/hr - $85/hr
We are currently working with a enterprise automation solutions company that looking to build out a brand platform. The company is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to spearhead the development of their brand new IoT platform, designed as a scalable data solution for end users to ingest data from millions of IoT devices worldwide. This platform will also feature an integrated alarm system for building managers, alerting them if environmental readings (such as humidity and temperature) deviate from set parameters.
You'll be developing scalable microservices in a C#, .NET Core environment and any infrastructure experience is a huge plus. This is a 12-month contract on W-2, and requires hybrid travel once a week in Andover, MA.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience, with a strong preference for backend proficiency using C# and .NET Core.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience developing scalable microservices.
Experience with Azure cloud services
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Docker/K8's.
Experience in IoT
Experience with Node Js.
