Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for Sales Support in our team located in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our distribution partners, assisting the Outside Sales Representatives and the Asset & Quoting Team. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, supporting new project designs, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, handling inquiries related to pricing, registrations, and shipments.

• Support the Outside Sales Representatives and the Asset & Quoting Team by providing essential assistance.

• Contribute to the design of new projects by providing quotes, evaluation boards, and budgetary pricing.

• Oversee and monitor lead conversion progress to help increase project conversion rates.

• Regularly review regional accounts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain precise records by updating project and lead qualification details in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
