Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance sector. The position is based in Anderson, South Carolina, United States, and involves assisting with benefits, customer support, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the administration of employee benefits

• Providing customer support and addressing inquiries related to HR

• Assisting with HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

• Using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR functions

• Utilizing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication

• Managing and updating HRMS and About Time software

• Handling Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration effectively

• Ensuring Compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Maintaining positive Employee Relations and managing conflicts

• Utilizing Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel for HR data management and reporting Requirements • Prior experience in Human Resources or related field within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and HRMS

• Experience with Ceridian and About Time software

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR

• Proven track record in Employee Relations

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
