Weidner Property Management LLC Building Maintenance Technician in Anchorage, Alaska
Under the direct oversight of the Maintenance Manager and/or Area Service Manager, as a Maintenance Technician 2, you are responsible for preparing vacant apartments for occupancy. This includes painting, drywall repairs and maintenance repairs. You are able to work independently in all aspects of your role and at a consistent, fast pace. You complete the number of assigned unit turns per week as assigned by your Area Service Manager, depending on level of unit turn difficulty.
