We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator in Anaheim, California. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing orders and inventory across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal waste. You will also be responsible for vendor coordination and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage product orders and deliveries for assigned departments.

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing slips.

• Allocate purchasing costs accurately across respective departments.

• Manage medical supply inventory, with a focus on minimizing waste due to expiration.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors for supply orders.

• Assist in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests for significant purchases.

• Coordinate the packing and transfer of documents for off-site storage.

• Prepare and submit various reports, including meal time deduction and weekly FTE reports.

• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Payroll processing during absences or special projects.

• Perform receptionist duties as needed, including front desk coverage and visitor tracking.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of various ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Budget Processes

• Familiarity with Buying Processes

• Proficiency in using Sage MAS 500

• Experience with Purchase Orders

• Knowledge of Purchasing Procurement processes

• Ability to develop and implement Purchasing Strategies

• Experience in using Purchasing software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
