The Opportunity:

Flexport Supply Chain Solution Consultants are supply chain technology subject matter experts who work to improve our client’s supply chain performance, optimizing for both time and resources. You will be positioned as the solutions lead for a collection of Flexport technology & service offerings:

Order Management Booking Management

• Buyer’s Consolidation

• Comprehensive Supply Chain Solution design and project management

Part project manager, pre-sales consultant, solution designer, and product expert, Supply Chain Solutions Consultants will focus on helping our clients leverage our freight & technology offerings to improve their supply chain operations, reduce costs, increase transparency and achieve greater business efficiency. Your efforts will directly result in the overarching success of both Flexport and our clients.

You will:

• Be the subject matter expert of Flexport’s supply chain solution products.

• Drive customer, volume, and financial growth of Flexport’s supply chain solution products in Europe through developing go-to-market strategies and enabling sales teams.

• Interface with prospects and clients to understand their supply chain, pain points, and design valuable solutions to fit their needs.

• Own the creation of solution scope and functional process requirements for new clients.

• Work cross-functionally with sales, implementation, integration, and operations teams to drive customer experience, process excellence, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with technology teams to develop next generation products and enhance existing solutions to further differentiate Flexport’s supply chain solutions products.

You should have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics Sales, Business Development, Client Success, International Logistics, or Consulting

• Proven record of increasing sales opportunities, developing client relationships, driving full lifecycle implementations, and successful account management

• Experience with the identification of data, process, compliance, and technology gaps within the client environment

• Competitive mindset and resourceful approach to win over prospects

• High attention to detail and agility in a fast-paced environment

• Strategic vision and ground floor execution;

• Bias to action, process, Structure and Data;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;

• An obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed;
