NBC Universal Marketing Coordinator in Amsterdam, Netherlands

We release between 40 and 50 films per year. Next to the titles from Universal Pictures we release the films from Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Product Managers with campaign overviews, big ideas, mock-ups, PowerPoint presentations, creative localizations and some assisting in paid media for our three studios (Universal, Paramount & Sony).

The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with analyzing data from trailer launches, paid campaigns and organic posts, to maximize our effectiveness for future releases.

They will work closely with the Publicity, Social Media & Influencer Assistant, to monitor and analyze the social handles for all studios.

The day to day tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating campaign overviews

  • Creating and or adjusting artwork materials

  • Translating Google docs requests

  • Asset briefing

  • Analysing data from trailer launches & paid campaigns

  • Creating PowerPoint presentations

  • Big ideas mock-ups

  • Social media analytics (together with Publicity & Social Media Assistant)

  • Assisting in paid campaign executions

  • Assisting with Trailer reporting

  • HBO, preferably in a Marketing area

  • Skilled in: Photoshop, Mailchimp, PowerPoint, Indesign

  • Fluent Dutch and proficient in English

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive)

  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and working to tight deadlines

  • Problem solving & decision making skills

  • Knowledge and passion for movies

  • Assisting at premieres if necessary
