Lead Analyst, Procure to Pay & Forecast to Plan
The Lead Analyst will be responsible for implementing end-to-end procurement and planning processes within the Accelerate SAP Ecosystem. This role will partner with Business Process Owners, Business Process Implementation Leads and Solution Architects to support Stryker divisions, functions and geographies with the implementation of the to-be procurement and planning processes that have been designed. You will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of deployment activities including testing, training, data conversion, cutover and hypercare. You will also assist with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to achieve deployment milestones.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
For this role, you may be based in our office in Amsterdam or Cork.

What you will do:
Ensure the successful achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables, specifically overseeing the timely completion of project activities within the procurement and planning domain
Implement and optimize end-to-end procurement and planning processes within SAP, aligning with business requirements and best practices
Lead data loads, migration, validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness within SAP’s procurement and planning functions
Perform data mining, extraction, and cleansing to analyze trends and support the effective implementation of the designed end-state processes
Serve as a liaison between BPOs, BPILs, IT Solution Architects, and end-users, ensuring process alignment, user adoption, and seamless collaboration
Support the development and approval of test scripts, execute system testing, and validate SAP functionalities to confirm alignment with the approved business requirements
Drive change management efforts, engaging stakeholders at all levels and providing guidance on process transitions to facilitate smooth adoption
Design and deliver training materials, end-user training sessions, and hands-on SAP system guidance to ensure knowledge transfer and system proficiency
Assist with cutover activities, issue resolution during hypercare, and ongoing system support to ensure a successful implementation
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement and planning KPIs, supporting go-live and hypercare activities
Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards
Act as an ambassador for the Accelerate Program, promoting its vision and objectives internally and externally
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree requires, ideally in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or Finance
4+ years of experience in procurement or planning
Strong Microsoft Office skillset
Experience in SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent communication in English - both written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Works with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times; capable of working under tight deadlines.
The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Flexible to work needs, willingness to work flexible hours to align with US time zones
Availability to travel as needed for training sessions, presentations, or project-related activities (within Continental Europe and to the United States)
Preferred:
Direct experience using the SAP S/4HANA procurement and SAP IBP planning modules (e.g., MM, PP, IBP and Ariba)
Strong experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
Hands-on experience with system testing, training development, implementation, and post-go-live support within IT projects
Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
