Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operations Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating parts, assembling hydraulic pumps and motors, conducting quality tests, applying paint, packaging finished products, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. Your mechanical skills will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery, ensuring a seamless production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble raw material to a finished product according to specifications.

• Conduct tests to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.

• Oversee the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless workflow and high-quality output.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Demonstrated ability to work with tools and machinery.

• Knack for understanding mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with power tools, torque tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, mechanical assembly, assembly production, and automotive service.

• Experience in production, assembly line work, mechanical and electrical systems is highly desirable.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

Our climate-controlled facility is clean and well-kept with a lot of automation. The large manufacturing facility houses roughly 250-300 production employees, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.55/hr.
