What You'll Do:

• Probate Expertise: Utilize your specialized knowledge to support our probate cases from start to finish.

• Legal Support: Conduct thorough legal research, draft documents, and assist in case preparation.

• Client Interaction: Interact directly with clients, providing compassionate support and clear communication.

  Requirements • Proven experience in a Paralegal role, preferably within the asbestos litigation field

• Exceptional understanding of e-File processes and procedures

• Expertise in drafting and preparing legal pleadings

• Experience in handling complaints and discovery requests/responses

• Proficiency in litigation paralegal tasks

• Familiarity with calendar and docket management

• Ability to work additional hours as required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with standard office software and legal research tools

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
