Responsibilities

• Support and meet customer service expectations and performance metrics

• Influence team engagement positively and demonstrate ownership

• Act as subject matter expert for employee and manager inquiries

• Handle high volume of inbound inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and problem resolution

• Follow procedures to research and respond to calls/cases accurately

• Use sound judgement for appropriate resolutions

• Utilize tools/resources for efficient task performance

• Escalate complex issues to HR Specialist/Supervisor

• Document case discussions accurately

• Stay updated on HR policies and employment laws

• Maintain records and report on functional tasks
