Revenue Cycle Lead(Alpharetta, GA): May telecommute; Manage the revenue cycle and cash mgmt for multiple programs and supports; Recognize, anticipate, and resolve billing, revenue recognition and cash application issues; Produce monthly statistical reports for program mgmt on billing-related tasks; maintain statistics for quarterly and annual reporting; Generate monthly A/R reports; Conduct bill revenue and cash analysis to identify areas of opportunity for revenue enhancement; Verify and maintain accurate receivable balances across multiple info systems; Perform B2B collection activity as needed to maintain low and current receivable balances. REQS: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or closely related; Prior exp must include: 3 yrs exp in revenue cycle ops, billing processes, and revenue recognition; w/cash services and financial mgmt, analyzing billing, revenue, and cash data; w/A/R follow-up conducting B2B collections, resolving billing issues, identifying errors and discrepancies in billing and financial records; using financial data systems to create monthly accounts receivable reports, identifying and analyzing trends and patterns in A/R data for decision-making; w/MS Excel spreadsheet analysis using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot tables; in generating accurate monthly and annual statistical reports by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and reliability; utilizing charts, graphs and PivotCharts for visualizing financial data; w/data querying and analyzing complex financial data in MS SQL; developing and maintaining VBA Macros to automate data analysis and reporting; utilizing MS Access to analyze financial and revenue data from accounting and invoicing systems.
