Job Title: Customer Program ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a Customer Program Manager responsible for the end-to-end success of the product in the Americas. This includes overseeing customer experience, execution of upgrades, ensuring the knowledge of technical teams, and more. The ideal candidate will plan, prioritize, and execute the rollover of product improvements and configuration changes. This role requires operating in complex disciplines where independent judgment in managing tradeoffs, complex situations, and risks is routinely exercised. Additionally, the role involves managing customer escalations and orchestrating organizational efforts to resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hard Skills

  • First Level University degree (Bachelors); Advanced University degree preferred (Masters, etc.)

  • 4-7 years in project management roles or equivalent roles/businesses

  • Strong leadership and coordination experience

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Soft Skills

  • Ability to generate strong partnerships with peers, including global interactions

  • Effective communication with both ground-level professionals and high-level executives

  • Capacity to convey messages in a crisp and engaging manner

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 24 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid role- 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week. Needs reliable Wifi and home office space.
