GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR 4 YEAR DEGREE COLLEGE GRADS CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEEDED FORTUNE 100 FINANCE COMPANY CORPORATE LOCATION NEAR THE AVALON IN ALPHARETTA TRAINING BEGINS - May 15th MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF A 4 YR. DEGREE - $21.00 AND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE Will be assisting customers with bringing accounts current and any other account related questions. Shifts will fall between the hours of 8am - 8pm, M-F (with some rotating Saturdays from 8am - 12pm which will be considered OT Client will consider hiring "TOP PERFORMERS" after 7-8 months THIS COMPANY ALSO ALLOWS ROOM FOR GROWTH ONCE PERM YOU WILL RECEIVE:

• Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available

• Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
