Who you are:

We are seeking an experienced, results driven, Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven history of building successful teams in industrial or B2B sales. As Sales Manager, you have played a pivotal role in shaping successful strategies, implementing those strategies through communication and mentorship of your team, and have expanded your market presence as a result.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring maximum productivity and results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (including marketing and production) to streamline sales processes.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance to the executive team.
