PRIME AE Group PTC TCM - Transportation Construction Manager in Allentown, Pennsylvania
Reference #: 1559 PRIME AE Group (www.primeeng.com), a well-established and emerging multi-discipline architectural and engineering firm with 19 office locations and over 475 employees within the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southeast Regions, is looking to add Transportation Construction Managers, to our existing CM/CI team for Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission highway / structure. These projects will be located from MP 200 (Blue Mountain) to the MP 43 (Delaware River Bridge/Neshaminy Falls), and from MP A20 (Mid- County) to A131 (Clarks Summit). Anyone with any level of highway / structure construction manager experience with certifications or a Civil Engineering Degree are encouraged to apply.
The inspector will need to: Follow Specification 408, RC, BC, TC, and other standards. Review project plans. Review contract schedules. Complete Individual Daily Reports (IDR's) and other needed project documentation at the end of each day utilizing an iPad. Prepare work orders and estimates as per the Commission Operations Manuel (COM). Have a high school diploma (or equivalent). Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record required. These positions may include construction inspection for concrete or asphalt roadways, structures, drainage systems, guide rail, MPT, and E&S components.
