Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Clerk for an organization in Allenton, Wisconsin. This role involves a wide range of tasks such as account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable

• Efficient and accurate processing of invoices

• Data entry tasks related to account management

• Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations in all accounting processes

• Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall financial objectives

• Handling customer inquiries regarding credit applications and accounts

• Regular review and update of accounting procedures to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in account reconciliation activities

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) processes

• Expertise in handling accounts receivable (AR)

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Strong skills in invoice processing

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
