The Senior Specialist, Education Programs - Enterprise Solutions, is a key player within the SHRM Enterprise Solutions Operations team. This role involves close collaboration with both the Education and Enterprise Sales teams to implement and execute the enterprise education plan and strategy effectively. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional service and high-quality programming to enterprise clients, SHRM members, and the broader business community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall logistical and front-line support for Enterprise Solutions (ES) live Education program deliveries.

  • Serve as primary operational lead for enterprise programs instructors and clients.

  • Collaborate with the Education, Enterprise Sales, and Customer Success teams to align educational initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.

  • Manage logistics for virtual enterprise educational deliveries, including access to and functionality of the virtual training platform, training program schedule (virtual and hybrid), creating virtual classrooms using Zoom or other delivery platforms, maintaining an archive library of classes, providing technical support throughout program delivery, and providing sporadic support outside normal business hours.

  • Oversee virtual seminar technical support, maintaining close contact with third-party moderators throughout program delivery and providing sporadic support outside normal business hours.

  • Works collaboratively with the corporate client to communicate and oversee program logistics and deliverables for all on-site program materials through the post-program experience.

  • Continuously track attendee satisfaction and program/product set-up through internal platforms and online and in-client communications.

  • Coordinates with the Enterprise Solutions and the Education Programs teams to manage the scheduling and programming of all program dates, locations, and instructor assignments.

  • Manages end-to-end delivery logistics for enterprise eLearning offerings, including access to the LMS platform. Serves as the relationship liaison for all enterprise eLearning customers.

  • Define and design reports with available data to provide clients with training insights, including utilization rates, passing rates, and other relevant information about educational programs.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Educational/Instructional Technology, Education Administration and/or equivalent experience in technical education or related field

  • Five years of professional level experience that includes managing programs/events and/or projects or equivalent experience in project/program administration is required.

  • Experience in event planning, project management, or customer service preferred.

Required:

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet critical deadlines.

  • Ability to interact in a positive manner with stakeholders at various levels within an organization and display strong customer service skills, diplomacy, and tact.

  • Technologically savvy, specifically, knowledge or desire to learn about virtual learning platforms or LMS such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, SumTotal, Docebo, or NetSuite.

  • Ability to creatively problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Must be well-versed in financial reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions.

  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

  • Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

  • Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.

The hiring range for this position is $82,000 to $97,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
