Here's what you'll do: Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons and ensuring student understanding. Provide individualized support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings. Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention strategies. Help students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), including physical activities. Supervise students in various settings like the bus, playground, lunchroom, and hallways. Maintain regular communication with teachers regarding student progress and address needs. Attend professional development opportunities as required.
