Job Duties:
- Drafting and editing of discovery and related legal documents
- Set up and maintain files
- Proofread work for content, accuracy of copy, format, grammar, punctuation and syntax
- Acquisition, review, summarizing and indexing of case documents
Education/Qualification Requirements:
- 3-5 years minimum previous litigation experience required
- Experience requesting medical records and preparing in depth medical summaries
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills along with effective interaction skills
- Must have in depth understanding of legal terms and NM court rules and procedures
