Intel's Disaggregation Manufacturing Operation (DMO) is seeking an experienced Production Manager/Director to manage and lead a portion of the NMDM production operation. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills to understand internal and external customer requirements and translate that into roadmaps and factory execution strategies to deliver to commitments.

Candidate will be reporting to a Fab 11x Fab Manager and will be responsible for meeting customer commitments -product line items- on schedule and at targeted TPTs through the factory. As a department level director you will be responsible for working with the staff to set strategic direction for the factory/site and work with your department to execute the strategy. You will set priorities for the team, drive results across boundaries, develop employees and manage performance. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive work environment while meeting your area and factory commitments.

The candidate will need to build strong relationships with your peers on NM site and DMO staff.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Managing external manufacturing partnerships and suppliers.

  • Building a strong foundation for world-class production operations.

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and optimize robust methodologies, metrics and business processes to drive efficiency.

  • Managing production infrastructure and weekly commit

  • Ownership of silicon manufacturing operations.

  • Managing a production team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. in STEM or equivalent years of work experience in relevant field

10+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience

A minimum of 5 years of management experience required.

Proven ability to drive internal and external partners to achieve world-class results

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing large production or engineering operations.

Background in advanced packaging, high volume manufacturing

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
