Maleko Personnel Inc. Butcher/Meat Cutter in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Duties: - Use knives and other cutting tools to portion, cut, and trim meat products according to customer specifications - Follow established recipes and guidelines for food preparation and cooking - Package and label meat products for display and sale - Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers
Skills: - Proficiency in meat cutting techniques and knowledge of different cuts of meat - Strong knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry - Experience in food production or culinary field is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
