This role has a 50% onsite work component .

S ummary:

Preferred candidates should have a working knowledge of issues related to the provision of services related to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementiarelateddiseasesand their caregivers residing in the community.

Specific duties include:

• The candidate will provide program and fiscal oversight to community-based organizations funded by the New York State Department of Health Alzheimer’s Disease Program.

• This position also includes quality improvement,participatingand/or leading special projects, and the development of guidance documents.

• The candidate willassistsenior management and staff in the Division of Community Integration and Alzheimer’s Disease in a broad range of activities, including technical guidance for providers and stakeholders.

• Create a broad range of written material, including policies and procedures for internal & external stakeholders.

• Research policy areas relevant to Division projects, programs, and activities. Elicit requirements from subject matter experts in the context of projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

• Develops presentations,facilitateslarge and small group meets and collaborative events.

• May function as a team lead with supervisory role of unit staff .

Mini mum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 5+ years of professional experience.

• 9 years of experience inthe healthcarefield.

• An associate degree counts as 2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree counts as 4 years of experience, and a master’s degree counts as 5 years of experience.

• *Contract management and Grants Gateway experience preferred.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
