Su mmary:

The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health. This position is within the Housing Unit. The incumbent will oversee housing providers that are contracted toassistvulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing.

Specific duties include:

• Contract management and fiscal management of a portfolio of housing providers.

• Voucher reconciliation of the fiscal submissions made by housing providers

• Review andsubmitbudgets and contract renewals.

• Meet regularly with providers andassistwith vouchers, budgets, and programmatic issues.

• Perform quality assurance and audits, including site visits.

• Scoring and evaluation of procurements.

• Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on program activities and contract deliverables.

• Review and track spending of providers.

• Provide training to providers on program requirements and vouchering.

• Create a broad range of written material, including policies and procedures for internal & external stakeholders.

• Research policy areas relevant to Division projects, programs, and activities. Elicit requirements from subject matter experts in the context of projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

• Develops presentations,facilitateslarge and small group meets and collaborative events.

• May function as a team lead with supervisory role of unit staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 9years of experience inthe healthcarefield.

• An associate degree counts as 2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree counts as 4 years of experience, and a master’s degree counts as 5 years of experience.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
