We are currently hiring a Case Worker, to work in our Housing Office. As the Case Worker, you would be responsible for:
Assisting the Case Manager to provide services
Assist with assessments, service planning, progress notes, information and referrals, and skill building activities
Meet with the Case Manager to review caseload information
Documents the casework activities of all clients
Perform and/or review all psychosocial assessments of each new referral to the program
Organize and facilitate support groups and social and recreational activities
Case Worker Minimum Salary: $19.00 per hour
Case Worker Maximum Salary: $19.00 per hour
Case Worker Schedule: Monday – Friday 12pm-8pm
Qualifications:
Associates Degree (preferred)
1-3 years of experience
Valid Drivers License
Experience working with seniors
Experience working with diverse populations
