Description

Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring a Business Support Representative for their office. The Support Rep will work primarily with the Customer Support team and will be cross-trained to assist with other tasks within the unit depending on workload demands. This position will operate in a customer service-oriented environment, looking for strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Do you have experience managing a wide variety of tasks? What you get to do every single day

  • Evaluate and resolve all issues and inquiries vendor and customer related, escalate as needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service while safeguarding confidential information to customers

  • Process service line specific transactions, resolving difficult processing errors, identifying processing system user needs and other complex transactions

  • Analyze data and resolves complex auditing problems related to various business practices, including various audit functions and related processes.

  • Answer incoming calls from vendors and customers in a timely and friendly manner

  • Communicate effectively using both written and verbal communication, emailing correspondences to customers, vendors, program administrators and others regarding information requests

  • Have a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures relating to vendor and customer support

  • Collaborate with supervisors

Requirements • Proven experience in an Office Management role

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Knowledge and understanding of office Procedures and Policies

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Ability to provide Workstation Support

• Experience in Auditing and understanding of Audit Functions

• Knowledge of Pricing strategies and negotiations

• Experience in managing Vendors and maintaining good relationships

• Understanding of Credit management

• Familiarity with best Practices in office management

• Skills in Data Analysis

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping

• Experience in a Call Center environment

• Understanding of Agreements and contracts

• Familiarity with Ticketing Systems

• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements

• Ability to handle Complex Transactions.
