Living Resources Assistant Manager - Site Base Day Habilitation in Albany, New York

We are working with them as partners, providing care and services.The Assistant Manager is for our Site Base Day Habilitation Program located in Schenectady County.Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm.The Site Base Day Habilitation Program’s Assistant Manager reports directly to the Program’s Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Program Manager with a variety of day to day program tasks, as well as assisting with the supervision of staff.Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:- Implementing and supervising the delivery of day habilitation services according to State and Federal regulations.- Participating as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) by developing and implementing skills competency training for participants in the area of personal self- care, activities of daily living, learning skills, community life skills, independent living skills, work readiness skills, and functional social skills.- Assisting in the development and implementation of skills from all other disciplines.RequirementsWe would like to speak with those that are:Passionate about making a differenceAt least 18 years of ageHave a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities and appointmentsAs a Living Resources employee, you can expect:Paid TrainingGenerous paid time off (PTO)Comprehensive Benefits package including Health (we cover 100% of deductible costs for Health Insurance), Dental & Vision insuranceTuition AssistanceRetirement ProgramsOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesGrowth and advancement opportunities within the agency

Minimum Salary: 17.05 Maximum Salary: 17.55 Salary Unit: Hourly
